Herbs can be a wonderful thing or they can turn deadly! Understanding their usage and knowing what they can be mixed with is certianly something people should know if and when they decide to use them. Not only can they help in minor problems they can also hinder in fatal ways. Please be responsible and research before you use! Never subsitute herbs over medical advise without first asking your doctor!

Try hydrogen peroxide and water (equal parts) and snort it up your nose. I use it ones a week and gargle with it also. No colds or flu since I started. Sea salt and water is what granny used.

Hi think I've already answered re allergies, but as for sinus, again check your diet generally as often its an inflammatory response to something you are not digesting... ELDER as a liquid extract (or drink the tea) is good for sinus along with Euphrasia (eyebright) herbal extract for allergies plus Alium Cepa, which is Onion (you can grate raw onion and have a teaspoon of the juice a couple of times a day!)

It's one of the plants that like me. Are you over watering it? It likes to be watered but not soaking wet and it likes sun...

Hey Eistir..I also have window sill gardens, but my window sill does not get direct sunlite, so I have shade plants in them. My africian violets do the best....Peace out...Dee

Mine are on the patio area. I don't have a good place inside for them to be. They're still in a window sill type container though, just not in a window sill. =P

I'll get on taking pix as soon as I can. =]
